0% commission with the €379/year subscription, or the free plan with a Stripe commission on each booking.
What plans are available (subscription vs commission)?
- Pro Annual (€379/year): 0% commission on leads and bookings, “Pro” badge, priority listing.
- Free: no fixed fees, commission applied to Stripe payments (deposit or booking).
What information do I need to provide for approval?
Brand name, logo, description, real photos, type(s) of photobooth (classic, 360, mirror…), service areas, indicative prices,
contact details, company registration number (or equivalent), and links to your social media. A quick manual check is done to ensure quality.
How does lead reception work?
Clients fill in a form (date, city, type of event). You receive the request by email and in your dashboard.
With the Pro plan, you can directly connect Stripe to accept deposits in one click.
Can I connect Stripe to collect deposits?
Yes. Connect your Stripe account from the “Payments” section. You can offer secure deposit payment and receive your funds
directly. Standard Stripe fees apply. On the Free plan, the PhotoboothMarkets commission is automatically deducted.
How can I highlight my vendor profile?
Add high-quality photos, client reviews, specify your options (printing, customization, delivery/installation) and key cities.
Pro accounts benefit from “Featured” placements on Region/City pages.
Can I offer multiple packages (wedding, corporate, 360, mirror)?
Yes. Create separate listings with indicative prices and availability. They will appear in category pages
(wedding, corporate, 360, mirror) and in your service areas.
How can clients contact me?
Via the “Request a Quote” button (qualified lead) or “Book” (if Stripe is connected). Your professional contact details are also displayed on your profile (email/phone if you allow it).
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes. You can switch from Free → Pro (and vice versa) at any time. Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the yearly term.
Are my data and my clients’ data protected?
PhotoboothMarkets complies with GDPR. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can export/delete your data anytime
from your account.
